Before making a purchase

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card and PayPal payments.

For cards payments, we use Stripe as our payment processor and accept most major credit and debit cards including:

After making a purchase

Can I cancel an order before it ships?

Yes, you have the right to cancel any order before shipment takes place.

How do I track my shipment’s progress?

Upon shipping, you will be issued with a confirmation email. This email will contain your shipment’s tracking number and courier company.

What happens if the work arrives damaged?

If the work arrives damaged, please send an email detailing the damage to support@folklorr.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • The package’s tracking number.
  • Pictures of the damaged piece.

A Folklorr representative will be in touch to discuss the next steps.

Our Return Policy

How do I return a piece of work?

Please comply with our Return Policy and complete the following steps if you wish to return a piece of work:

  • Send an email to support@folklorr.com notifying us that you wish to return the piece within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Also, include the reason you wish to return the work.
  • Repackage the piece of work using the original packaging that it arrived in. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use similarly high-quality packaging and ensure the piece is very well protected.
  • We’ll then send you further instructions regarding how to return the piece.

What is your 14 day return policy?

We’re committed to providing you with the best buying experience possible. To ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, we give you 14 days after you have received the piece to decide whether you wish to keep it or return it.

If you wish to return the piece, we’ll refund your payment in full subject to the return of the piece, so long as you fulfil the below requirements:

  • Send an email to support@folklorr.com notifying us that you wish to return the piece
  • The work must be returned in the same condition in which you received it within 14 days of you notifying us of your wish to return it.

Upon the work being received, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 14 days.
