Return Policy

Overview

You have 14 days in which to return an item after receiving it, so long as you comply with the other terms set out in this Return Policy.

Steps to take if you wish to return your purchase

Please complete the following steps if you wish to return your purchase:

  • Send an email to support@folklorr.com, notifying us that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. You must also include the reason you wish to return the item. If you do not do this, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Repackage the item using the original packaging that it arrived in. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use similarly high-quality packaging and ensure the item is very well protected.
  • We’ll then send you further instructions regarding how to return the piece.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

We are not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result from a reversed payment.

Damaged goods

If the item arrives damaged, please send us an email detailing the damage to support@folklorr.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • The package’s tracking number.
  • Pictures of the damaged item.

A Folklorr representative will be in touch to discuss the next steps.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your account.

After this, contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
